We train naked in nature

We train naked in nature because it feels good and natural.

Our nude training works for all kinds of simple, equipment-free workouts like running, walking, or strength training. Whether you’re curious about trying a naked run or you’re an elite athlete looking for recovery or mental balance, you’re welcome.

We’re open-minded, so if you feel more comfortable wearing running shoes, a sports bra, or bringing your watch or phone, that’s totally fine.

You can join at any level – from casual exerciser to elite athlete. Honestly, every Olympic athlete should try training naked at least once, just like in the original Olympic Games.

We do it just because we want to

We train naked simply because we want to.

Training naked in nature gives us a strong feeling of freedom, naturalness, and connection – both to ourselves and to our surroundings. Many of us experience improved mental well-being and higher self-esteem.

We believe you get at least 100% more endorphins when training naked. But don’t take our word for it – try it yourself and see how it feels 😊

We are allowed to be naked

We only train naked where it’s legal and accepted.

Rules about nudity vary from country to country and even locally, so we always make sure we respect the law and local customs.

Whenever possible, we use state forests, beaches, or private land where the owner has given permission.

We do not want to disturb others

Running into someone training naked shouldn’t be a big deal, but we understand that nudity can feel unusual to some – even in places where it’s legal.

That’s why we choose locations where nudity is generally accepted, or we train at quiet times, like early in the morning, when few people are around.

If we meet others, we act naturally, friendly, and with respect.

We also take care not to disturb wildlife, especially when training early in the day.
